Master’s degree in social science, economics, development studies, gender studies, or equivalent. At least 10 years of professional experience. Minimum of 3 years in gender and women’s economic empowerment related to access to credit and/or agricultural value chain development. Experience in designing and delivering gender equality training. Experience in monitoring and evaluation systems. Familiar with the requirements of international development agencies in financial intermediary designed projects. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Advanced proficiency in Excel is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Thai or Lao language skills (preferred). Experience working in LAO PDR preferred. Experience working with ADB preferred. Experience working in ASEAN countries (particularly in Lao PDR, Vietnam, and Cambodia) considered an advantage.
