Requirements:
2+ years of experience in an inside sales B2C role. Track record of owning and scaling company processes. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little direction. Highly collaborative. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to clearly and effectively interact with team members in a remote environment. Inherent growth mindset focused on continuous improvement. Ability to track and report on key metrics. Health-tech experience (nice to have). Medical office administration experience (nice to have). Experience and desire to work remotely (nice to have). Prior experience using technology tools including GSuite, ZenDesk, Slack (nice to have).
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for referred or website-generated patients. Handle consumer questions and feedback. Convert interested individuals by enrolling them in the program. Navigate financial and subscription plan discussions. Ensure a smooth and scalable patient enrollment process. Manage insurance enrollment and credentialing. Handle inbound non-clinical support and enrollment inquiries. Collaborate with clinical staff and referring physician offices to improve operations. Leverage technology and internal teams to address patient questions and resolve challenges. Work with product and marketing teams to define clinical workflow priorities and product changes. Execute on projects like care package fulfillment and marketing funnel enhancements.
