Conduct high volume outbound calls to patients Educate patients on Pomelo Care services and resources Achieve member enrollment goals Answer patient questions and address concerns Document all interactions and maintain accurate records Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Schedule appointments and follow-up care Manage inbound calls from potential patients
