2-3 years of digital marketing experience. 1-2 years in agency setting Minimum 2 years of experience with Direct Response marketing; specifically in E-Commerce, Lead Gen or B2B Minimum 2 years of experience with Meta Ads for direct response campaigns Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing Experience with campaign development and optimization processes such as bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development Significant campaign management experience in one or more of the following additional campaign types: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns & Bing Ads Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s) Proficiency in Google Analytics Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and paid media’s place in the funnel Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and project management skills Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed Excellent interpersonal skills Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly and independently
Responsibilities:
Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social & paid media native platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Youtube Ads, Bing Ads) Lead execution of optimizations with regards to performance improvements relative to goals Manage all client budgets and/or advise on budget changes Own strategic communication internally for client teams Proactive internal communication with team on performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items Weekly client progress recaps, outlining performance insights and future recommendations Execute performance reporting A-Z with excellent presentation creation capabilities Ability to leverage data to tell a story and articulate results to clients and key stakeholders with clear next steps Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem
