4–7+ years in editorial strategy, SEO content strategy, or digital publishing in a high-volume content environment. Strong understanding of mental health or other sensitive, regulated domains preferred. Experience managing an editorial team. Demonstrated ability to translate keyword research and search data into editorial strategy. Skilled at structuring content for user intent, discoverability, clarity, and authority. Proficiency with keyword tools, analytics platforms, and generative search tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Profound, GSC, SimilarWeb, AirOps). Experience working with a CMS (publishing workflows, templates, content modeling, QA). Exceptional writing, editing, and narrative-structuring skills. Deep understanding of inclusive language, clinical nuance, and editorial sensitivity requirements. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across SEO, clinical, brand, PR, and legal teams.
