Requirements:
Track record of building and growing a social presence (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and/or X) with 10k+ followers. Understand what drives virality and resonance on social media platforms. Fluent in social media hooks, trends, pacing, and authentic storytelling. Ability to take initiative, move fast, and turn creative ideas into high-performing videos. Constantly explore design, art, and trends for inspiration. Proficient in filming and editing natively for social media. Comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera. Bonus: Background or interest in AI, visual design, or creator communities.
Responsibilities:
Produce short-form, organic, viral video content for platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels. Drive creative ideation and experimentation with new content formats and trends. Own the end-to-end content creation process: concept, shoot, edit, post, analyze, and iterate. Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to identify creative stories.
