Senior Front-End Developer- Analytics & UX Focused (Remote)

Strong experience building complex applications with Vue.js and React. Confident working with CSS frameworks (Bootstrap and Tailwind). Experience building client-facing, executive-ready analytics dashboards. Hands-on experience with Highcharts or similar visualization libraries. Experience integrating with REST APIs and backend systems. Experience building multi-lingual interfaces. Experience measuring and improving front-end performance. Experience using AI-assisted development tools. Strong judgment in reviewing AI-generated output. Comfort integrating new tools. Strong UX judgment and attention to detail. Experience translating designs into production-ready interfaces. Comfortable creating wireframes in Figma or similar tools. Experience contributing to design systems. Familiarity with UX analytics tools (e.g., PostHog). Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design best practices (WCAG 2.2 AA). Product-minded approach. Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving requirements. Experience prioritizing and scoping work strategically. Effective, professional English communication skills. Ability to collaborate and work flexibly with North American teams and time zones. Experience working with MySQL-backed APIs. Familiarity with Python services and Laravel/PHP. Experience with multi-tenant SaaS applications. Understanding of authentication, permissions, and role-based access. Experience modernizing legacy front-end code bases (nice to have). Own front-end development of analytics solution with dashboards and data visualizations. Design user-friendly analytics experiences. Modernize and streamline onboarding, authentication, and core workflows. Design intuitive and accessible user flows. Collaborate with back-end engineers on integrations and performance. Evolve design system and front-end standards. Partner to define scopes, user stories, and technical plans. Identify MVPs and prioritize user value. Act as a bridge between design, engineering, and product. Own features from discovery through delivery and iteration. Act as a feature owner and product partner (optional path). Contribute to roadmap discussions and discovery (optional path). Mentor others and influence technical and product direction (optional path).
