Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and G2. Execute A/B tests on ad creative, landing pages, audience targeting, and bidding strategies. Monitor daily performance and analyze campaigns using metrics like CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates. Explore and launch new paid channels. Collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing team. Partner with the data team to refine existing dashboards and build new reporting views.
