Solve customer's technical problems by adopting the platform and integrating new data. Understand customer technical requirements and business goals to deliver value. Lead the onboarding process, including integrations, artifacts, trainings, and troubleshooting. Advise customers on best technical practices in Log Management/Observability markets. Build successful game plans for each customer based on data analysis and needs. Establish relationships and engage with technical counterparts to drive product adoption. Conduct QBRs with customers to demonstrate delivered value. Advocate internally for customer needs and influence the product development roadmap. Partner with Sales on renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities.
