Bilingual Junior Paralegal or Legal Assistant (English-Spanish) Remote

Bilingual (English-Spanish) Minimum of 6 months of experience in humanitarian immigration cases (VAWA, T Visa, U Visa) Experience in taking declarations and drafting legal documents Basic knowledge of immigration legal documents, processes, and workflows Demonstrated ability to write clearly, concisely, and accurately Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English Strong command of written drafting, grammar, syntax, and legal style Ability to work collaboratively within a team Strong client communication skills with clarity, empathy, and professionalism High level of attention to detail and focus on accuracy Ability to quickly learn new processes, workflows, and legal concepts Client-focused mindset with sensitivity to humanitarian cases Analytical thinking and ability to organize facts logically Adaptability to changes in case requirements or regulations
