IT/GRC Auditor (Staff Level) - LATAM

1–2 years of experience in IT auditing with hands-on exposure to ITGC and application control testing Strong understanding of control areas such as access management, change management, and system operations Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, MIS, Cybersecurity, or a related field Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Bilingual in English required

Perform ITGC and application control testing across SOC 2, SOC 1, and HIPAA engagements Assist in evaluating the design and effectiveness of IT controls Communicate with clients to request evidence, conduct walkthroughs, and clarify audit questions Document findings and support the preparation of client deliverables Collaborate with senior team members to identify areas for improvement in client control environments Provide weekly status updates and flag potential issues to management
