Native-level fluency in Mandarin. Professional conversational English. Strong sales mindset & entrepreneurial drive. Excellent communication skills. Experience in sales or customer service and working with CRM systems (a plus).

Manage the entire customer journey, from the first consultation to long-term support. Advise parents and students, recommend the best learning solutions, and match them with the right tutors. Successfully close contracts and inspire families with tutoring packages. Manage own client portfolio, drive retention, and continuously improve the learning experience. Increase revenue through strategic upselling and actively encourage referrals.
