At least 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or advisory sales within social impact, CSR, public affairs, private philanthropy, consulting, or adjacent fields Proven success owning and closing complex, relationship-driven deals with senior executives Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets Deep networks and credibility across corporate social impact, corporate philanthropy, and private philanthropy Strong understanding of philanthropic trends, social impact frameworks, and executive decision-making dynamics Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies in high-touch, consultative sales environments High commercial acumen paired with curiosity, creativity, and entrepreneurial drive Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to engage and influence senior audiences Thrives in fast-moving, mission-driven organizations Values collaboration and shared success Expectation to travel at least once per quarter
