Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree in Education, Publishing, Instructional Design, Technology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in senior publishing, ed tech, content, or digital solutions roles.
- Experience with educational technology products (apps, game-based learning, curriculum).
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of publishing processes, instructional design, and content creation.
- Expertise in digital learning platforms and current ed tech trends.
- Experience managing high-value strategic accounts at national, state, or district levels.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
- Ability to travel approximately 25%.
Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy and roadmaps aligned with revenue goals and market expansion.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to sunset.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships.
- Oversee content creation, curation, and editorial processes.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
- Champion user-centered design in collaboration with UX/UI and instructional designers.
- Lead the integration of technology solutions (LMS, dashboards) to improve engagement and revenue.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of direct reports at Director and Senior Manager levels.
- Establish and track KPIs related to product adoption and revenue performance.
