Engineering at Veracyte

Our Veracyte Diagnostics Platform leverages broad genomic and clinical data. You will work with deep bioinformatic and AI capabilities. We use whole-ome profiling on every test, creating an expanding database for new insights. Engineers tackle challenges in whole-transcriptome RNA sequencing, gene expression profiling, and machine learning. We also focus on robust bioinformatics pipelines and cloud-based architecture. You will build and optimize scalable, production-ready systems.
