Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, business operations, or service delivery.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or dental technology.
- Proven experience building scalable operating models (KPI frameworks, forecasting, playbooks).
- Strong leadership experience developing managers and building high-performing teams.
- Experience partnering across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Implementation, Product, and Engineering.
- Excellent strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational strategy and execution across the Dental/Ortho segment.
- Build and optimize operating systems across Customer Success, Support, Implementation, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize customer-driven roadmap initiatives.
- Establish and manage a disciplined business operating cadence.
- Develop high-performing leaders and teams.
- Drive operational efficiency, customer experience, and profitability.
