5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, or Support Engineering within an ISV Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace administration Strong partner orientation and ability to manage shifting priorities Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) Confident explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Experience working independently while collaborating across multiple time zones Highly organized and proactive Comfortable representing your team in external-facing engagements Asset: Fluent in Japanese

Serve as the go-to technical expert for APAC partners for both pre-sales and on-going partner success Deliver training, product demos, and enablement sessions Support partners with upgrades, integrations, and implementation projects Facilitate regular business and technical reviews with partners Collaborate with internal teams to relay partner feedback and contribute to product strategy Proactively identify ways to drive greater product adoption and long-term success Represent ShareGate at partner meetings, industry events, conferences, and webinars
