Requirements:
Fluent in English. Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Comfortable in a customer-facing role with attention to detail. Great project management skills. Enjoy onsite visits to clients. Experience in travel tech or SMB-focused SaaS (bonus points). Familiar with HubSpot, Slack, Confluence, Loom (bonus points). Teaching background, or experience in Onboarding, Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation roles (bonus points). Experience designing and implementing best practices and processes (bonus points).
Responsibilities:
Migrate important content such as reservation details, photos, pricing information, and tour descriptions. Provide personalized trainings to ensure customers are confident using the platform. Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams. Identify and address potential pain points and red flags. Build trips, migrate participants, and deliver training directly with the customer. Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Lead projects and add extra value.
