Requirements:
Experience in field sales within the food retail sector or comparable sales experience. Ideally, completed commercial education. Convincing communication and secure negotiation skills, enjoyment of networking. Enjoy working with key figures and selling, and passion for the products. Proficiency with digital tools and willingness to contribute new ideas. Possess a Class B driver's license and be willing to travel within Austria, especially within your sales territory. Very good German language skills and good English language skills.
Responsibilities:
Build and develop sustainable business relationships with store managers and private merchants. Increase sales by analyzing customer needs and recommending appropriate product quantities and assortments. Secure and negotiate optimal placements for promotional materials and sales campaigns. Ensure compelling product presentation at the point of sale through visual merchandising and promotional materials. Identify and analyze growth and market opportunities in the sales area and monitor market and competitor trends. Create weekly visit and sales reports and forward them to the key account team.
