Experience in field sales in the food retail sector or comparable sales experience. Ideally, a completed commercial apprenticeship. Convincing communication, confident negotiation, and networking skills. Comfort working with key figures, enjoyment of sales, and passion for products. Proficiency with digital tools and openness to new ideas. Possession of a Class B driver's license and willingness to travel within Austria, particularly within the sales territory. Very good German language skills and good English language skills.
