Requirements:
Experience in field sales in the food retail sector or comparable sales experience. Ideally, a completed commercial apprenticeship. Convincing communication, confident negotiation, and networking skills. Comfort working with key figures, enjoyment of sales, and passion for products. Proficiency with digital tools and openness to new ideas. Possession of a Class B driver's license and willingness to travel within Austria, particularly within the sales territory. Very good German language skills and good English language skills.
Responsibilities:
Build and develop business relationships with store managers and private retailers. Actively increase sales by analyzing customer needs and recommending product quantities and assortments. Secure and negotiate optimal placements for promotional materials and sales campaigns. Ensure compelling product presentation at the point of sale through visual merchandising and promotional materials. Identify and analyze growth and market opportunities, monitoring market and competitor trends. Create weekly visit and sales reports for the Key Account team.
