Requirements:
Experience in field sales in food retail or comparable sales experience. Ideally completed commercial apprenticeship. Convincing communication and secure negotiation skills, enjoyment of networking. Ability to work with metrics, enjoyment of selling, and passion for products. Proficiency with digital tools and willingness to contribute new ideas. Valid driver's license class B and readiness to travel within Austria. Very good German language skills and good English language skills.
Responsibilities:
Build and develop sustainable business relationships with store managers and private retailers. Increase sales by analyzing customer needs and recommending product quantities and assortments. Secure and negotiate optimal placements for promotional materials and sales activities. Ensure compelling product presentation at the point of sale through visual merchandising and promotional materials. Identify and analyze growth and market opportunities and monitor market and competitor trends. Create weekly visit and sales reports and forward them to the key account team.
