Requirements:
Successful track record of personally growing ARR and outperforming quotas. Experience successfully selling a startup product. Experience successfully selling an Enterprise Software Product and leading a consultative sales process. Proven ability to source own deals. Experience working closely with technical Solution Architects. Proven ability to build a network within the Insurance industry. Experience partnering with Marketing teams. Experience partnering with Product Leaders to shape value proposition. Knowledge of the Insurance sector (nice to have). Understanding of the AI landscape (nice to have). Confidence with other languages, particularly Spanish (nice to have).
Responsibilities:
Achieve individual sales quota and drive company goals. Oversee end-to-end sales process in assigned territories. Source leads and build relationships with senior insurance stakeholders. Lead enterprise sales process, present product benefits, and manage pilots. Create business proposals and negotiate commercial terms. Contribute to a productive sales culture. Understand the global Insurance landscape and communicate industry trends. Build a network of Insurance and Claims leaders. Collaborate with Marketing on targeted campaigns. Partner with Engagement/Customer Success for onboarding, retention, and growth. Influence Product Roadmap with client feedback. Document sales activity and manage pipeline in HubSpot.
