Bachelor's degree in business and/or healthcare field Minimum 4 years of experience in a healthcare or agency setting Project management and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple time sensitive projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail and focus on task completion Internal and external stakeholder management Ability to embrace changing organizational needs, shifting priorities, and evolving role responsibilities Strong written, oral communication skills Demonstrated ability to present to an audience Client service orientated with the ability to build relationships with diverse constituents Demonstrated ability to self-initiate, advancing work with minimal direction Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, tools & techniques, including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence
