At least 3 years of recent experience as a quota-carrying sales representative At least 1 year of experience in teaching, EdTech sales, or the education sector Proven success exceeding sales quotas Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills Strong problem-solving and consultative selling abilities Proficiency with Salesforce for pipeline and activity management Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders across all levels of the customer’s organization Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
