Requirements:
Passion for generating sales and helping customers live a life without limits. Call center experience preferred. Utilize rapport building to meet customer needs ethically. Display a competitive spirit to meet and exceed sales goals. Satisfactorily complete background/employment history investigation and drug screening. Computer proficient with the ability to multi-task. Excellent voice communicators. Residency requirement: permanent residency in AZ, DE, FL, GA, KY, MA, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, SC, ID, IL, NC, WV, and TX only.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with urgency, care, and expertise to convert potential customers into subscribers. Properly utilize provided hardware and software (laptops, headsets, Salesforce CRM, Microsoft applications, Five9 adapter) to document sales calls and activities. Listen, seek solutions, establish value, make strong recommendations, and overcome objections in every sales process. Exhibit a high standard of personal and professional ethics while achieving excellent results. Complete or exceed handling of at least 75 Sales calls in an 8.5 hour shift. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
