Requirements:
7-10 years in knowledge management, information science, or related fields. 3-5 years in leadership or senior individual contributor roles, preferably within professional services. Demonstrated success implementing knowledge management programs. Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder engagement. Strong knowledge of knowledge management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices. Proficiency with knowledge management platforms and document management systems. Understanding of taxonomy development, metadata standards, and information architecture. Familiarity with AI/ML applications in knowledge management (natural language processing, semantic search). Strategic thinker with excellent execution capabilities. Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills. Exceptional organizational and project management abilities. Analytical mindset with comfort using data to drive decisions. Outstanding communication and influencing skills.
Responsibilities:
Lead execution of global knowledge management strategy aligned with business objectives. Design and maintain enterprise-wide knowledge taxonomy and classification framework. Establish governance protocols and quality standards for knowledge assets. Oversee firm's centralized document repository and knowledge platforms. Implement content lifecycle management processes. Drive adoption of knowledge management tools and technologies. Partner with practice leaders to identify, develop, and codify proprietary methodologies. Transform project deliverables and insights into reusable intellectual property. Foster a knowledge-sharing culture across the organization. Design and deliver training programs on knowledge management best practices. Evaluate and implement knowledge management technologies, including AI-powered search. Optimize existing platforms for improved user experience. Collaborate with training, global partner, technology, Compliance, and Legal teams.
