Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns Strong analytical capability Experience working with agencies, vendors, or multi-location organizations Demonstrated understanding of auction dynamics, platform automation, audience targeting, and creative–audience interaction effects High proficiency in communication, organization, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration
Responsibilities:
Build, manage, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns Develop keyword taxonomies, ad copy, audience segmentation, and testing roadmaps Own pacing, budget monitoring, bid strategies, and campaign governance Tailor messaging and creative to specific business unit needs Maintain tracking hygiene across UTMs, pixels, and CRM integrations Partner with Analytics to validate reporting and identify performance trends Develop insight summaries using the 'what happened, why, and what's next' model Monitor lead quality and funnel health with Enrollment and CRM teams Support seasonal planning, scenario modeling, and yield analysis Maintain adherence to privacy, brand safety, and suitability standards Contribute to process documentation and system improvements
