Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Health Informatics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). 3 years of proven sales experience in quota-driven roles with advanced selling skills, client relationship building, complex deal closing, and revenue target achievement. 10+ years of experience in digital media, healthcare marketing, or life sciences. Proven leadership in building and scaling digital media products or platforms. Deep understanding of healthcare provider workflows, EHR systems, and regulatory frameworks. Strong analytical skills and experience with media performance metrics. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Experience with point-of-care media or EHR-integrated advertising (preferred). Familiarity with Veradigm’s ecosystem or similar health IT platforms (preferred). Background in working with pharmaceutical brand teams or agency partners (preferred).
Responsibilities:
Lead a digital health media team to partner with pharmaceutical companies and agency stakeholders on digital marketing strategies. Define and execute the digital media strategy aligned with Life Sciences business goals. Lead cross-functional teams for integrated media campaigns across EHR, point-of-care, and digital platforms. Oversee the creation and enhancement of digital media products (programmatic advertising, content syndication, in-EHR messaging). Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to build scalable media solutions. Partner with life sciences companies to design media strategies driving HCP and patient engagement. Present media solutions to clients, ensuring regulatory compliance and measurable ROI. Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks for campaign effectiveness. Use data-driven insights to optimize media performance and inform strategy. Ensure all media activities comply with HIPAA, FDA, and industry regulations. Maintain high standards of data privacy and ethical marketing practices. Manage lead and team of Ad Operations for client initiation and ad insertion. Monitor and manage reporting across direct and programmatic activities.
