Requirements:
4–6 years of experience in affiliate operations, account management, digital media, partnerships, or eCommerce strategy. Proven ability to manage complex projects and campaigns contributing to revenue growth. Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Highly organized with a process-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail. Experience working with affiliate platforms (CJ, Impact, Rakuten, ShareASale, Awin, etc.). Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets. Familiarity with Looker, Salesforce, or other BI/CRM tools is a plus. Familiarity with Monday.com or other project management tools.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the operational lead on key retail and network partnerships. Partner with Partnerships and Revenue Optimization teams to increase affiliate revenue. Lead cross-functional projects to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. Identify process improvements and automation opportunities. Provide oversight and support for BrandSolutions campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams for successful campaign delivery. Analyze affiliate and campaign data to identify opportunities and present insights. Develop and manage reporting frameworks for revenue forecasting and partner reviews. Mentor junior team members.
