4–6 years of experience in affiliate operations, account management, digital media, partnerships, or eCommerce strategy. Proven ability to manage complex projects and campaigns contributing to revenue growth. Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Highly organized with a process-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail. Experience working with affiliate platforms (CJ, Impact, Rakuten, ShareASale, Awin, etc.). Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets. Familiarity with Looker, Salesforce, or other BI/CRM tools is a plus. Familiarity with Monday.com or other project management tools.
