Oversee end-to-end ecommerce fulfillment and returns process. Monitor order flow, shipping timelines, and fulfillment accuracy. Resolve order issues, shipping exceptions, and return-related questions. Identify improvements for fulfillment efficiency and post-purchase experience. Own setup and management of new products and SKUs in Shopify. Maintain Shopify operations, including inventory tracking and product updates. Manage Margaux’s pre-order system (Good Day). Ensure accurate customer communication regarding pre-orders and delays. Collaborate with Customer Experience, Planning, and Operations teams. Support operational initiatives for launches and peak periods.
