Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on experience managing Shopify (required). 4+ years of eCommerce experience. Experience overseeing ecommerce fulfillment and returns. Strong operational mindset with exceptional attention to detail. Comfort working cross-functionally and communicating clearly. Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously and prioritize. Experience working with 3PLs or fulfillment partners. Experience with pre-order systems or inventory planning tools is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end ecommerce fulfillment and returns process. Monitor order flow, shipping timelines, and fulfillment accuracy. Resolve order issues, shipping exceptions, and return-related questions. Identify improvements for fulfillment efficiency and post-purchase experience. Own setup and management of new products and SKUs in Shopify. Maintain Shopify operations, including inventory tracking and product updates. Manage Margaux’s pre-order system (Good Day). Ensure accurate customer communication regarding pre-orders and delays. Collaborate with Customer Experience, Planning, and Operations teams. Support operational initiatives for launches and peak periods.
