Ecosystem Partnerships Operations Manager

Strong relationship-building skills. 5+ years of demonstrated success in project management, operations or implementation role, preferably in healthcare, benefits or digital health. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with the healthcare/employee benefits ecosystem. Proficient with tools such as Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, etc. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Comfortable balancing detail orientation with a big-picture, strategic view.

Cultivate and manage relationships with operational leads at Tier 1 ecosystem partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for Tier 2–3 ecosystem partners. Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of partnership projects. Serve as project manager for IT and systems development supporting partnership initiatives. Track deliverables, dependencies, and timelines across internal and partner teams. Coordinate testing, troubleshooting and validation of integrations. Monitor risks and escalate issues proactively. Translate business needs into clear technical requirements. Develop and maintain documentation for key processes & technical workflows. Identify opportunities to improve integration efficiency, scalability and reliability. Support onboarding of new clients leveraging ecosystem partnerships. Ensure partnership requirements are built into client implementation timelines, processes and technical set-ups. Track and manage key metrics for ecosystem partner performance. Build, maintain, and improve dashboards for key business metrics. Use data-driven insights to develop business cases. Manage partnership contracts and updates. Support partner revenue share processes, billing support and referral tracking. Support evaluation of new ecosystem partnership opportunities.
