Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in brand, creative, or design leadership roles
  • Experience in women’s apparel or intimates is strongly preferred
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand strategy, creative leadership, and execution
  • Proven experience leading high-performing creative teams
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce storytelling, PDP optimization, and customer journey design
  • Strong creative instincts paired with analytical rigor; comfortable using data and insights
  • Strong leadership presence and communication skills
  • Organized and process-oriented with ability to move fast thoughtfully
  • Experience partnering closely with founders and executive teams
  • Holds high standards for the brand and mission
  • Deep passion for Pepper’s mission, brand, and impact

Responsibilities

  • Evolve long-term brand vision, positioning, tone, and aesthetic
  • Translate merchandising vision and product strategy into creative narratives
  • Own the product storytelling framework across launches, collections, and seasonal moments
  • Serve as the ultimate brand steward, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
  • Execute brand strategy into creative briefs, campaigns, and visual identities
  • Lead development of all creative assets (design, copy, video, photography)
  • Define and track brand and creative performance metrics
  • Own the brand content roadmap across channels
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines
  • Build storytelling frameworks to increase purchase frequency and basket size
  • Oversee creation of high-performing, on-brand content
  • Drive use of customer insights and data to develop resonant stories
  • Lead integrated go-to-market campaigns and commercialization strategy
  • Partner with Ecommerce to optimize customer journey through creative strategies
  • Oversee creative for PDPs, landing pages, and site merchandising
  • Ensure cohesive customer experience across creative, messaging, and media
  • Define and own the integrated marketing calendar
  • Set vision and strategy for influencer, PR, social, and community as growth engines
  • Drive organic social strategy and execution
  • Identify, structure, and scale high-impact brand partnerships and community collaborations
  • Own the PR strategy and agency relationship
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, recruiting, mentoring, and developing talent
  • Set high creative standards, balancing speed, quality, and scalability
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration
  • Amplify the creative spark and cultural magic of Pepper
