Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience with leadership in construction, SaaS, enterprise software, or AI.
- Experience in general contracting, EPC, construction technology, or AEC software.
- Demonstrated ability to lead communications, brand, and growth in high-growth environments.
- Experience partnering with product, strategy, and sales leadership teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Deep understanding of construction workflows and decision-making structures.
- Strategic thinker with disciplined operational execution.
- Experience with digital marketing, analytics, and product-led growth (PLG).
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and agency partners.
- Experience operating across multiple global regions (NA, EMEA, APAC) is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the full communications function including PR and executive visibility.
- Develop a global rebrand strategy and manage brand architecture.
- Lead a multidisciplinary marketing team including event, social, content, and product marketing managers.
- Translate technical capabilities into value propositions for construction stakeholders.
- Build a demand generation engine across NA, APAC, and EMEA regions.
- Oversee global event strategy and industry conference presence.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets with focus on ROI and financial stewardship.
- Define and improve KPIs across SaaS metrics, tech adoption, and sales alignment.
