  • Experience leading thought leadership, events, podcasts, or webinars.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools and automation platforms.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to balance strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead global marketing strategy and external brand narrative.
  • Oversee website optimization, SEO strategy, and digital engagement.
  • Manage AI-enabled content engine for automation and personalization.
  • Launch and manage global webcast and client podcast initiatives.
  • Develop strategy for sponsorships, memberships, and external events.
  • Partner with commercial leadership on GTM and business development alignment.
  • Establish KPIs for marketing performance and brand visibility.
  • Manage global marketing and business development budget.
  • Manage internal sales enablement and GTM content site.
  • Oversee alumni network engagement strategy.
