Requirements

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and marketing analytics.
- Experience leading thought leadership, events, podcasts, or webinars.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools and automation platforms.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to balance strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead global marketing strategy and external brand narrative.
- Oversee website optimization, SEO strategy, and digital engagement.
- Manage AI-enabled content engine for automation and personalization.
- Launch and manage global webcast and client podcast initiatives.
- Develop strategy for sponsorships, memberships, and external events.
- Partner with commercial leadership on GTM and business development alignment.
- Establish KPIs for marketing performance and brand visibility.
- Manage global marketing and business development budget.
- Manage internal sales enablement and GTM content site.
- Oversee alumni network engagement strategy.
