- Proven track record of developing and executing alliance strategies.
- Deep understanding of the employer, payor, and digital health market.
- Exceptional executive-level communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding alliance and partnership targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of Sword’s global consultant relations and alliance initiatives.
- Build, hire, and develop a top-tier Consultant Relations team.
- Cultivate and maintain senior executive relationships with leading consulting and brokerage firms.
- Own consultant-influenced pipeline and bookings targets.
- Develop consultant-specific engagement models, enablement programs, and go-to-market strategies.
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to optimize consultant- and broker-influenced pipeline generation.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to consultants.
- Monitor and report on alliance performance and ROI.
- Act as the primary executive liaison for high-level issues, contract negotiations, and partner events.
