  • Deep understanding of the employer, payor, and digital health market.
  • Exceptional executive-level communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding alliance and partnership targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and execution of Sword’s global consultant relations and alliance initiatives.
  • Build, hire, and develop a top-tier Consultant Relations team.
  • Cultivate and maintain senior executive relationships with leading consulting and brokerage firms.
  • Own consultant-influenced pipeline and bookings targets.
  • Develop consultant-specific engagement models, enablement programs, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to optimize consultant- and broker-influenced pipeline generation.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to consultants.
  • Monitor and report on alliance performance and ROI.
  • Act as the primary executive liaison for high-level issues, contract negotiations, and partner events.
