Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition. Experience recruiting in U.S. healthcare is a strong plus. Excellent spoken and written English. Conversational, engaging, and confident communicator. Strong judgment. Comfortable delivering positive and negative outcomes professionally. Highly organized and able to multitask. Proficient in basic computer navigation, MS Office, and Outlook. Comfortable managing leads and candidate information in a CRM or ATS.
