Own day-to-day sales admin and coordination to remove bottlenecks for the sales team Support pipeline management by keeping notes, stages, and key details current in Salesforce Ensure paperwork, documentation, and required sales processes are completed accurately and on time Monitor tasks and next steps, and follow up with Sales Reps to keep deals progressing Prepare and send follow-up communications to prospects when required Help improve efficiency by spotting repetitive tasks and suggesting simpler ways to run them Assist with basic reporting or dashboards (as needed) to support visibility across pipeline and activity
