Requirements:
Minimum 6 years paid social experience. Proven track record of successfully managing accounts with varying goals, spend levels, and attribution models. Deep understanding of Meta ads manager. Skilled at effectively communicating paid social goals, targets, and direct-response tactics. Excellent organizational, strategic, and communication skills. Ability to oversee several projects and effectively communicate/teach optimization tasks. History of communication with higher-level client contacts (C-levels, VPs+). Ability to identify upsell opportunities across all agency offerings and execute on them. Past experience managing managers. Successful track record of crafting and participating in sales pitches and audits. Proven prior work experience managing a P&L and hitting margin targets. Comfortable working with 3rd party tracking platforms (e.g., Kenshoo, SA360). Ability to quickly determine a need for additional marketing channels (e.g., SEO, display, mobile, YouTube). Proven prior work experience managing direct reports/team members and demonstrated ability to mentor and develop direct reports. Minimum of 2 years’ paid social experience (Meta ads a must, TikTok and Snapchat a bonus). Comfortable with topics such as budgeting, bidding, and testing methodology. Desire to quickly learn and master social channels. Proven prior work experience in a production-oriented or similar role. Strong analytical and reporting skills and proficient in Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, concatenating, text to columns). High level of independence, curiosity, and desire to grow responsibilities and skill set. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Entrepreneurial spirited and a self-starter. Able to work both independently and in a team environment. Desire to stay current with the latest marketing trends.
Responsibilities:
Implement Paid Social campaigns by assembling plans, creating schedules, organizing, reporting, and tracking progress. Collect, analyze, and process large amounts of data. Manage workflow for timely project delivery. Craft clear and compelling internal and external communications. Work collaboratively and cross-functionally. Maintain knowledge of Paid Social channels (Meta Ads, TikTok, Snapchat). Prepare weekly/monthly reports and recommendations for optimization. Drive growth strategy to hit client KPIs on Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit. Serve as the day-to-day contact for social platforms. Oversee budgets and forecasting. Understand and leverage growth services (Business Intelligence, Decision Sciences, Creative). Ensure client's social account roadmap is completed and aligned with goals. Stay up-to-date on paid social trends and their impact. Own the overall media planning strategy. Ensure appropriate processes & best practices for client management. Communicate and teach optimization tasks to multiple team members. Identify and execute upsell opportunities. Craft and participate in sales pitches and audits. Manage a P&L and hit margin targets. Work with 3rd party tracking platforms. Determine need for additional marketing channels. Manage direct reports/team members and mentor them. Communicate paid social goals, targets, and direct-response tactics.
