Skilled at effectively communicating paid social goals, targets, and direct-response tactics. Excellent organizational, strategic, and communication skills. Ability to oversee several projects and effectively communicate/teach optimization tasks. History of communication with higher-level client contacts (C-levels, VPs+). Ability to identify upsell opportunities across all agency offerings and execute on them. Past experience managing managers. Successful track record of crafting and participating in sales pitches and audits. Proven prior work experience managing a P&L and hitting margin targets. Comfortable working with 3rd party tracking platforms (e.g., Kenshoo, SA360). Ability to quickly determine a need for additional marketing channels (e.g., SEO, display, mobile, YouTube). Proven prior work experience managing direct reports/team members and demonstrated ability to mentor and develop direct reports. Minimum of 2 years’ paid social experience (Meta ads a must, TikTok and Snapchat a bonus). Comfortable with topics such as budgeting, bidding, and testing methodology. Desire to quickly learn and master social channels. Proven prior work experience in a production-oriented or similar role. Strong analytical and reporting skills and proficient in Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, concatenating, text to columns). High level of independence, curiosity, and desire to grow responsibilities and skill set. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Entrepreneurial spirited and a self-starter. Able to work both independently and in a team environment. Desire to stay current with the latest marketing trends.
