Requirements:
University degree in communications, marketing, business administration or commerce; MBA an asset At least 3 years’ experience working in professional services or legaltech marketing, with a focus on campaign development, content creation, partner and solutions marketing Campaign planning and development experience Webinar planning and management experience Collateral and sales tool development experience Messaging and positioning experience Marketing analytics and reporting experience Strong interpersonal and written/visual/verbal communication skills Familiar with CRM (Salesforce.com), Marketing Automation (Pardot or similar), Web CMS, Google Analytics, Reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau), Design (Canva or similar), Copilot/ChatGPT, Webinar platforms (Zoom or similar)
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences Develop solutions messaging and collateral Promote services and partnerships via webinars, case studies, and sell sheets Create services messaging and positioning to differentiate Harbor from competitors Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment Act as a Program Coordinator for all webinar and partner marketing programs Maintain an understanding of the market, clients, and how the company’s services meet client needs Manage a schedule of all partner marketing activities including webinars, live events, joint collateral, case studies and testimonials Own the messaging and content for personas used in ABM campaigns Develop vision statements, maturity frameworks, and value propositions for key personas Own the Services and Sectors pages on the Harbor website for assigned Personas and Service lines Support collateral creation, monthly enablement session development, and RFP support Organize and host webinars for Harbor Take the lead in content development and messaging for in-person events Provide support to colleagues in Marketing, Leadership and CE with ad hoc requests
