1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer Experience designing, developing, and launching backend systems Proficient in Python or Kotlin Familiarity with AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes Experience building cost visibility via tagging (optional) Experience creating cost savings opportunities via cost analysis (optional) Ability to write clear, well-tested, and extensible code Comfortable navigating large code bases and debugging Proactive in seeking feedback for growth Strong verbal and written communication skills Equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
