Business Systems Architect

7+ years of experience in Business Systems, Enterprise Applications, or Solution Architecture roles. Hands-on expertise with Salesforce (Sales/Service/Experience Clouds), including data model design, integrations, and automation best practices. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to take initiative and collaborate closely with teammates. Salesforce Apex (required), SOQL (required), Snowflake and other reporting tools. Strong skills in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organization. Knowledgeable in Quote-to-Cash processes and systems such as Salesforce CPQ. Extensive cross-functional experience with excellent collaboration skills. Capable of understanding intricate system architecture. Experienced in system implementations, user acceptance testing, and related documentation. Experienced in using tools such as Gearset or GitHub Actions to support CI/CD pipelines. Nice to have: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Integration Architect, and Salesforce Certified Data Architect.

Develop and execute enterprise scale architecture strategy for Business Systems. Architect scalable systems and integrations across Salesforce, Snowflake, and other core business applications. Own the integration strategy using Workato and API frameworks. Partner with business and data teams to define source-of-truth models. Design and document system architecture, data contracts, and integration patterns. Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies. Establish governance standards for APIs, automation, and metadata management. Lead technical implementation and coordinate with developers and admins. Collaborate with InfoSec and Compliance teams. Oversee the implementation, integration, and upgrades of enterprise business systems. Address system issues promptly and develop long-term solutions.
