5-8 years of experience in Business Systems, RevOps, and CRM Administration Salesforce expert (Admin, Advanced Admin, or Platform App Builder certifications preferred) Deep experience with Salesforce architecture, including Flows, Apex triggers, custom objects, integrations, and APIs Proficiency across core GTM tools—Outreach, LeanData, Domo, Gainsight, Clari, ZoomInfo, Gong, etc. Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable systems and automate manual workflows Experience implementing AI or Agentic solutions within business applications Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and improve data pipelines, dashboards, and KPIs
