Requirements:
10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a federal sales role. Proven track record in sales, particularly in securing government contracts and partnerships. Strong understanding of government processes, regulations, and legislative dynamics. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with senior executives and cross-functional teams. A deep passion to transform the U.S. healthcare system, especially mental health. Outstanding communication skills and a thoughtful and collaborative approach to sales. Entrepreneurial focus with a determination to succeed in an innovative, fast-paced environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to promote Spring Health's mental health services to federal entities. Identify and prioritize target agencies, departments, and opportunities within the federal government. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, agency leaders, and decision-makers. Attend industry conferences, meetings, and events to network and promote Spring Health’s services. Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to securing federal contracts, ensuring achievement of sales targets and revenue goals. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials to support sales efforts. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities. Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends.
