Deep practical understanding of sales motions, renewals, expansions, and forecasting. Comfort partnering with BI and working with complex revenue datasets. Ability to map messy real-world processes and turn them into clean, scalable systems. A rigorous, outcomes-driven mindset with high standards for data quality and clarity.
Responsibilities:
Own and optimize revenue systems, with HubSpot at the core. Ensure scalable workflows across sales, renewals, expansions, and services. Build and maintain revenue reporting and dashboards. Own forecasting rigor for the AI business. Design, document, and optimize end-to-end revenue processes. Act as a trusted operational partner to Sales and CS leadership. Establish clear operating cadences, documentation, and performance reviews.
