Responsibilities:
Own and manage core revenue tech stack (HubSpot, Clay, Stripe, integrations) Assess, implement, and maintain new tools for sales efficiency Configure systems and workflows for new initiatives Build and manage automated workflows for lead routing and follow-up Conduct regular CRM audits for hygiene and accuracy Develop internal documentation on sales systems and processes Build dashboards and reports for KPIs and insights Maintain and evolve forecasting models Track rep-level metrics for performance identification Build commission tracking tools or dashboards Support territory planning and account segmentation Help onboard new GTM team members Align sales compensation plans and revenue recognition logic Source, import, and maintain dealership directory data Evaluate and enrich market data
