Minimum 10 years sales experience Minimum 5 years experience in a full APJ sales leadership role building successful sales teams Proven experience predictably delivering against a plan in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined environment Previous experience growing and expanding new territories is highly preferred Demonstrated ability to develop and ramp sales teams Experience with SaaS sales, preferably selling to Security and IT buyers Demonstrated experience teaching and utilizing MEDDIC as a framework for success Experience leading teams with a consistent pipe gen focus A proven background and brand of building with the channel
