Procurement Operations Project Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or related. 10+ years of experience in sourcing, supplier management, supply chain, or third-party risk management. Proven ability to balance multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong background in process/project management or consulting. Experience evaluating, developing, and implementing supplier risk and performance management solutions. Familiarity with procurement systems, processes, and tools.

Build and foster strong relationships across teams. Develop deep understanding of operational constraints and barriers. Conduct research to identify root causes of key challenges. Identify opportunities for broader cross-functional engagement. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements. Develop and deliver compelling communications and training.
