Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years sales experience. Minimum of 5 years experience in a full APJ sales leadership role building successful sales teams. Proven experience predictably delivering against a plan in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined environment. Previous experience growing and expanding new territories is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to develop and ramp sales teams. Experience with SaaS sales, preferably selling to Security and IT buyers. Demonstrated experience teaching and utilizing MEDDIC as a framework. Experience leading teams with a consistent pipe gen focus. A proven background and brand of building with the channel.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategy for APJ markets. Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 6-10 salespeople. Develop and execute a business plan to exceed revenue goals. Assist in building and developing the sales ecosystem cross-functionally.
