Technical Sourcer - Contract

Previous experience as a technical sourcer or recruiter Hands-on experience with diverse sourcing techniques Strong ability to engage talent through social media, digital communities, and professional networks Experience conducting initial candidate screens Excellent communication and time-management skills

Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements. Design and execute top-of-funnel sourcing strategies. Manage a backlog of sourcing experiments. Proactively engage candidates across multiple platforms. Build and maintain relationships with industry partners. Develop and deliver compelling, personalized outreach. Conduct initial candidate screens. Own the accuracy and health of sourcing pipelines in Ashby. Track, analyze, and report on sourcing metrics.
