Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities Design and execute top-of-funnel sourcing strategies across multiple channels to generate a high-quality pipeline Manage sourcing experiments, track outcomes, and operationalize successful approaches Proactively engage candidates across professional networks, social platforms, online forums, and technical communities Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, networks, and employee referral sources Develop and deliver compelling, personalized outreach reflecting the employer brand and mission Conduct initial candidate screens to assess technical alignment, career goals, motivations, and compensation expectations Own the accuracy and health of sourcing pipelines in Ashby Track, analyze, and report on sourcing metrics to refine strategies
