Proven track record sourcing or recruiting for pre-Series B startups (YC-backed preferred). Operates autonomously, moves fast, and unblocks themselves. Assesses candidates by what they’ve built and achieved. Entrepreneurial or founder experience strongly preferred. Thrives in ambiguity, iterates quickly, and owns outcomes end-to-end. Experience sourcing for AI, healthcare, or deep tech companies is a plus. Familiarity with tools like Greenhouse, Juicebox, Pin, Metaview, or Lemlist is a plus. Exposure to early-stage recruiting systems or scaling recruiting ops is a plus.
