Contract Sourcer

Proven track record sourcing or recruiting for pre-Series B startups (YC-backed preferred). Operates autonomously, moves fast, and unblocks themselves. Assesses candidates by what they’ve built and achieved. Entrepreneurial or founder experience strongly preferred. Thrives in ambiguity, iterates quickly, and owns outcomes end-to-end. Experience sourcing for AI, healthcare, or deep tech companies is a plus. Familiarity with tools like Greenhouse, Juicebox, Pin, Metaview, or Lemlist is a plus. Exposure to early-stage recruiting systems or scaling recruiting ops is a plus.

Identify and engage exceptional technical and non-technical talent across traditional and unconventional channels. Write thoughtful, personalized outreach messages. Own top-of-funnel activity to ensure a steady stream of high-caliber leads. Test new sourcing strategies, measure results, and scale successful approaches. Track where elite talent spends their time and anticipate emerging hiring trends.
